Logitech Cube is the mouse and presenter hybrid you never knew you needed
There are mice made especially for gaming, and others built for ergonomics, but now there's one for presentations. Called the Cube, this contraption from peripheral powerhouse Logitech combines an optical mouse with a built-in presenter mode in a package that looks like a high-tech bar of soap Apple might have made in the late 1990s.

Available in white and black, the Cube works as a traditional mouse with the addition of a touch-sensitive top surface for button-free scrolling. When it's held upright, the device automatically switches into presenter mode for cycling through slides with just a click.

The Cube a 2.4 gigahertz wireless device, connecting to a Mac or PC using Logitech's proprietary (and tiny) Unifying receiver, which has the added bonus of supporting several other Logitech devices without the need for additional USB ports. Logitech plans to release the Cube later this month, and will make it available exclusively from its website for $69.99.
