Check out this stunning video made from photographs of Saturn

For years now, NASA's Cassini space probe has been giving us gorgeous images of Saturn, its rings, and moons. This beautiful video, simply called Cassini Mission, was put together by Chris Abbas using the huge repository of still images sent back from Cassini. Over the course of about a week, he downloaded thousands of high resolution images and edited them together into time-lapse segments that ultimately became this video.

This isn't the first time someone has put together a video from Cassini images, and we doubt it will be the last. Filmmaker Stephen Van Vuuren is actually making an IMAX film from some of these, dubbed Outside In. If you'd like to know what Cassini is up to right now, be sure to check out its mission page.
